Intrapreneurs' Fellowship Programme
Launched in 2024 with a pilot cohort of eleven (11) pioneering fellows, the IFP has already begun to make a profound impact. These trailblazing fellows successfully completed the rigorous program, culminating series of tasks leveraging repetition that demonstrated their growth, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Built on the powerful foundation of the 3Es – Education, Experience, and Exposure, the IFP blends traditional learning with real-world application. Fellows gain critical skills in areas such as Grit, Creativity, Growth Mindset, and Marketing Fundamentals, through a learning experience that is engaging, practical, and empowering.
Who qualifies? The IFP is targeted to unemployed tertiary graduates who have good academic grades but lack crucial 21st century skills required by industry players. Also, students at the tertiary level of their education can take advantage of this fellowship programme to build capacity and be job-market ready and build value to enhance their competitiveness.
How is the IFP structured? The IFP is structured as a 6-month fellowship comprising inversion workshops, design thinking projects, and business simulation. Fellows get career mentorship upon graduation.
• Inversion workshops leverage games and experiential learning activities to help fellows redirect their way of thinking toward a growth mindset as well as build the right work ethic for industry.
• Design thinking projects capitalize on repetition and consistency to help fellows improve their level of creativity and grit.
• The business simulation aspect of the programme targets the development of fellows’ business management skills in a less risky environment.
Upon completion, each fellow is awarded a certification of achievement, validating their readiness for both intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial ventures, as well as a transcript that shows their areas of strength and sections which need more attention and improvement.
